Placing your order
What is the design process and how long does it take?
Once your quote has been approved, we get designing right away. You should expect to see your design for standard orders within 48 hours, 5-10 business days for custom orders.
Once the final design is approved we send to print and ship to you within 5 business days for digital printing, 10-15 business days for specialty printing.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it posted?
If you would prefer to pick up your invitations we are happy to organise.
We can meet to exchange in either South Melbourne or Geelong.
How many invitations should I order?
We strongly recommend ordering 10 spares on top of what you think you will need, this will allow for any guest list changes and any spares are a nice keepsake.
Do you have a minimum quantity that I can order?
Our minimum order is 40, if you require less than this you will need to pay a small run charge of $50.
How does pricing work for your invitations?
Our stationery is all priced per piece. We have found this works best so you can see the breakdown of cost across your chosen pieces.
Are envelopes included in the cost of invitations?
Yes, envelopes are included in the cost of invitations and thank you cards. These are standard white envelopes which go perfectly with our standard which stock.
If you wish to upgrade to coloured envelopes there are endless options, each priced accordingly.
What paper stock do you use to print your invitations?
We use a beautiful 250gsm-300gsm stock for all standard invitations, there are a number of options and are happy to recommend based on our extensive knowledge of what works best with each designs/style.
An additional cost is applied to invitations printed on coloured our heavier stocks, these will all be disclosed to you at the time of providing a quote.
What if I want to choose my own stock?
If you have something specific in mind we are more than happy to accommodate and provide a quote based on your chosen stock.
Can you print on envelopes?
We can print both guest names/addresses and a return address on envelopes. We design these the suite the style and design of your stationery.
This is an additional flat rate of $100
Can I add guest names to my invitations?
If you would like to incorporate guest names to your invitations, there is a flat rate of $50. Alternatively, there is the option to include guest names on a belly band or extra tag.

When and how do I pay for my order?
Once you have received your printing proofs and are happy with the design your invoice will be payable before we can proceed with printing, banking details are provided on the invoice.
